I have been practicing massage for over 35 years, 8 of those in Orthopedics and Physical Therapy. I consider myself a perpetual student and love to take and teach classes about the wonderful healing benefits of massage. I am dedicated to providing a quality therapeutic massage that will help bring your body back in balance, offer relief of muscular tension and pain, reduce stress, increase circulation and promote wellness in your daily life.
My massage style is based on the belief that my client’s needs are of utmost importance. Through listening to the body and needs of my clients, I integrate Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping and Hot Stones to create deeply nurturing and effective treatments.
I appreciate the opportunity to work with you and look forward to helping you feel your best.

As far as I can remember, I have been practicing self massage anytime I ever felt body tension or the slight whisper of a headache. My first intro to massage others was at ten years old when my younger sister hosted a friendly competition at our family Thanksgiving get together. From then on, I was hooked on the rewarding work of touch to help others release stress and tension in their bodies and have a renewed sense of self. At twenty years old, I attended Vitality: College of Healing Arts, and became state licensed after completing over seven hundred class hours.
Whether it be Swedish, Therapeutic, or Deep Tissue pressure ranges, I love fusing Eastern medicine techniques into my practice to increase circulation, myofacial release, and restore balance and healing back to the body and mind. My top two eastern modalities to incorporate are cupping and acupressure energy work.
My client’s intent and goal to receive body work is my first priority when mapping out a session, not everyone constantly wants firm work, sometimes you need a good fluff. I feel everyone has the right to feel At ease, and I will try my best to aid in that end goal as best as I can. Communication is key. I look forward to booking with you soon and thank you for your time.

I have been a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner for 15 years and have a great love for the work I do. I believe in an overall wellness treatment to relax the mind and body in order to manage the day to day stressors. I have many years of experience working with Aveda and also trained at the Chopra Center and have incorporated many of those techniques into my everyday massages. Whether my client is an athlete, a minor, or geriatric, each massage is customizable for each individual.
I specialize in therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish, Sports Massage, Prenatal, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy. I also, love to incorporate cupping and hot stones to assist in releasing the tension.
The mind-body connection is a two-way relationship where the mind influences the body, and the body influences the mind. My passion is helping others achieve optimal wellness and a keen understanding of the human body. I look forward to seeing you on our books so we can begin this new journey in your life.
